Return Policy

At Madison Hair, we want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event you wish to return your topper, please follow the directions below.

Return Window

3 business days from delivery (delivery day = Day 1) to submit for a return with a flat $150 restock fee (any shipping paid is also non-refundable).

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your item back.

How To Start a Return

1. Use our returns portal within 3 business days:

2. We’ll confirm within ~24 hours with shipping address and mailing instructions. 

3. Ship the topper within 24 hours of our approval. Please include a note with your name + order number in the box.

Condition Requirements (No Exceptions)

  • Unworn, unwashed, no heat styling

  • All original packaging included (silk bag, hair net, box)

  • Clips closed (unclosed clips = additional $25 deduction). All items are inspected on receipt.

Cancellations & Exchanges

Orders canceled and confirmed by us via email before shipping incur a 5% cancellation fee. Please note we cannot guarantee we will see a cancellation email prior to shipping.

Once the order is shipped, the standard return policy applies.

If you wish to exchange your piece for something we have in stock, please email us and we may be able to reduce your restock fee to $75.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not returnable. If sent back, you’ll need to cover return shipping to receive it back. No exceptions.

Defective or incorrect item

If you believe you received a defective item, please email photos within 3 days. If confirmed, we cover return shipping and will repair or replace and send it back.
